Shocking online delivery service and returns

I am having endless issues dealing with Makro online orders. They send incorrect products which you request a replacement and return they do not collect. For weeks now the return product is sitting at my front door awaiting collection. I have submitted numerous calls and online requests for a manager to call but no one is responding. I ordered a suitcase with specific instructions not to deliver on Sunday low and behold what do they do attempt to deliver on Sunday now the order indicated failed delivery and after 2 weeks no idea of when it will be delivered. My this is shocking you cannot even call a branch as they have these central numbers. shocking service but I see I'm not the only one with a problem.
