Shocking- no delivery online order
I ordered a TV set on 21st Nov, to date it hasn't been delivered. I keep calling and I am being sent from pillar to post, no one can say where my order is. Makro call centre says Time Freight collected the order but they dont have a tracking now. Time Freight says they dont have the order, so now i am stuck in limbo I dont know what to do. I paid so much money to not receive my TV and get such an appalling service from Makro. Surely such a big company should have better controls and timeline of their deliveries.

That is what your call centre agents have told me the million times I have called them and not 1 person called me back, I was told escalation emails will be sent but not even 1 email did I receive. I spent money for my order, now I have to spend more money calling you and my time. Honestly I understand about delays, I am in the distribution field, all I request is a clear indication of when my order will be delivered, where it is currently. If you as a company make it your customers responsibility to call the courier company you use to follow up on delivery really this is shocking. Not once besides the order confirmation email I received once my TV license was verified did I get any contact regarding my order. If that order was collected by the courier company, why didn't I get an sms telling me the courier name and the tracking no, please learn something from companies like Takealot, Zando, Superbalist, their service way supersedes yours. Is it easy to tract your order online with them once it is with the courier company. This isn't rocket scientist, simple girl places order, girl pays for order, order is confirmed, courier company collects order from selling company, girl gets notification that courier company collected with tracking no and estimated delivery date, girl tracks order online, courier company delivers order, girl happy. Selling company happy, why dont you want be to be happy, are you punishing me for liking things and shopping for things around black friday hei. I am very upset and I dont like being upset.
