SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MAKRO GERMISTON!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Google Play Gift card at Makro Germiston for R150. When I got home the slip said it was activated and I redeemed the code, but it didn't work... A week later I returned it to Makro Germiston, and their customer service department confirmed the card was faulty. I requested a refund, however the manager, ROLAND rudely refused to assist me and told me it's not his problem. Prior to this, the salesperson informed me that a batch of Steam Gift cards had been recalled due to issues. Roland was aware of this and still refused to offer me another Google Play Gift card that might work. The customer service at this store is atrocious!!!!!!!!!!
