SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never in my life have I received such bad service, after paying for my stove on 7 August, delivery promised 2-5 days, I then cancelled the order cause no one could tell me what was happening with it, now all of a sudden when I want a refund they have run into technical difficulties while trying to cancel my order. Not one person has followed up with me, even after numerous promises from the 5 agents I have spoken to. I have to do all the following up.
