Shocking customer service!

I wrote a hellopeter complaint on Sunday after the Makro call centre agents gave me incorrect advice that I could go buy a laptop in store.

On Sunday when I went to the store to go buy the laptop and that is when I was told that the makro call centre agents had advised me incorrectly and that laptops could not be bought instore. I was told to rather get an affidavit and bring that to purchase the laptop. I had to go get the affidavit at the police station and then I went back to the store to go try buy the laptop again! I stood in the in long lines again that I had endured the previous day due to someone's error. Atleast this time around I was able to buy a laptop.

Today I called the call centre agent and I asked that they tell Makro in roodepoort to give me a call because the laptop they sold me has office issues. Zanele said she would pass on my message to Makro in roodeport to call me since their phones ring unanswered. No one has called me! Does Makro honestly expect me to go que again for the third time to get some sort of service?

Why is giving such a basic customer service sooooooo difficult?

Can I please get service MAKRO?!

Ashleigh Panday responded to my hellopeter complaint that I had posted on Sunday and I responded back. They have since ignored me and have not given me feedback on why I was incorrectly advised and why my time was wasted.
