Shocking behavior by employee at Makro Woodmead

I was at your woodmead store looking to purchase a soundbar. I had requested assistance from one of your staff members who after taking me to the display unit starting having a conversation with another staff member.

After 5 minutes of chatting to his colleague he starts walking away before I ask if he is going to assist me. I then ask him to explain the difference in the sound bars on display and he tells me one is a later model. I ask him for a more detailed view of the features between the two and he doesn't seem to know anything. After I ask him if he knows about the sound bars he gets extremely aggressive and confrontational with me to the point where I was afraid he would get physical. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by this person's behavior and I want something done about this.

Next time he could very well hurt a customer.
