Shocking attitude from staff at Makro

I purchased an outfit at Makro Alberton and after washing it the pants and top shrank significantly, so much so that ot didn't fit. The assistant at Makro told me that they will not change the outfit as I didn't have the tags and how did I expect them to sell the outfit without the tags. I queried this with the manager (who takes ages to come down from her office and told me that she was in a zoom meeting. She told me that the assistant had measured the outfit against one in the store and it hadn't shrunk. I went and got the pants and measured it and you could clearly see that it had shrunk significantly! After arguing with Makro for over an hour they finally agreed to refund me. I have NEVER been treated so badly in any store and ended up in tears over the whole saga. My advice to everyone is not to purchase clothing items from Makro!
