Shocking after sales service

Most shocking afters sales service ever! Bought a Grundig fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser in Oct. Already had to be repaired once... Now have tried for a week to get a technician to repair it again and although a call was logged on Tuesday each day the service team promises to follow up an ensures someone will be here to fix my fridge the next day. Please either be here tomorrow to fix it or refund me so I can purchase a fridge that works!
