SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE
<p>Purchased an extended guarantee on a gas stove purchased from Makro. Guarantee is stil vallid. Firstly had to struggle for hours on end for Makro to answer their phones, reported that one of the burners on the stove is not working correctly. It is now over 3 weeks and no one has come back to me. I have also sent a complaint via the Makro Webside, they are not even responding to that. POOR POOR POOR</p>
