Shocked is an understatement, for the poor quality service : Makro is exhausting

Its been 2 months now, still haven't received my money back. Everytime I call, I am **** to and given different status about my order**.They dont bother responding to emails. I am shocked that Makro store is full of *******. I am made to wait more than 10 minutes whilst the issue is being 'looked into'. The last time I called I ended up saying they should just deliver the item & I will find a home for them guess what, still **** promises, still no response or update. Its almost 2 weeks now and I think its time to get the justice system involved because this is bigger than me, they clearly disrespect their customers and I have been patient enough. If anyone is experiencing the same issue-please respond to this.
