I have ordered online on 13th February. 20th February - Delivery due date

15th of February - I got an email and sms on that my order was out handed to the courier.

20th of February there was NO DELIVERY!!!!!! 20th of February - I email twice and didn’t get a response. I posted on Hello peter and Otsiele Boikanyo said he will get back to me and still hasn’t. Post on their Facebook page and Instagram - they didn’t response

Friday 22th of February I called call center – was told not all my stuff is ready – they have escalated the matter and will get back to me – They did not.

25th February I called call centre twice – I got 2 different stories -I was told they will get back to me – They did not and I posted on Hello peter and Otsiele Boikanyo said he will get back to me still hasn’t.

27th of February I called call centre again – I was told they would get back to me by 9am and they still have not…

4th of March – I received 2 of the 5 things I have ordered.

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY STUFF?

WHERE IS MY STUFF THAT I PAID FOR ??
