Order no: MAK*** I made a purchase on Tuesday (14/01/25) which stated delivery would be (16/01/25). I continued with the purchase because the timing suited me. I needed it for the Saturday. The 16th comes they deliver partial order stating they don't know when the other stock will come. Come 17th they message they will send it 18th I message back as it was still very early morning, can't they bring 17th it's needed for the 18th. They then say trucks have been loaded and it will be 18/01/2025. So I get someone to stay home and wait for delivery. Only for no delivery too be made. I feel like I asked for help and was deliberately moved further. Makro online Sa whats app, pathetic.Thank you for your ****ty service. Mind you, delivery still not made...
