Shaquel Stigling is a star!
I would like to celebrate an exceptional consultant from Makro. I had a complaint with Samsung, also posted on this site titled: '******* treatment from Samsung'; which they never resolved. I contacted Makro, as the item was purchased from them and I received the most competent and sincerely helpful individual I have ever encountered. Shaquel Stigling is an exemplary employee - he kept me posted throughout the week and called me back at resolution to check if the issue was finally sorted out. I now have what I needed. He is outstanding. Give that man a Bells!
