Shameful ability to follow order requests

After multiple phone calls confirming my order to Herm**** with date the order is to be delivered. I was even told by the call centre agent after my third call that I must relax...the order will be there.

Needless to say, it didnt arrive. Then I got a call the next day that the order was on its way in Johannesburg. I then cancelled the order. A week later, I got a call from a courier in Johannesburg again stating they were collecting the order in Johannesburg again. It was simply pathetic. Will NEVER use this service again. At least they refunded me my money.
