SHAME ON MAKRO, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD TO PENSIONERS !
Makro Springfield Park Durban did not give me the Pensioner's discount on a purchase dated 30 August 2023. . I alerted their Makro Care department immediately and correspdoenced with them . Insisted on a refund which I'm rightfully due but all in vein as they now have chosen not to respond and ignore me.
How does one deal with a Company that do not keep their word?

09 Nov 2023, 08:25Makro have not keep their word and responded. What a 'TOTALLY USELESS COMPANY' who time and time again fail to keep their word to customers. I will not let them get away with cheating me. I will make the effort and issue summons against them the Durban Small Claims Court and claim the refund they owe me. Wish more consumers would take sort of action to stop these large Companies from taking advantage of consumers.
