Shame on Makro- pathetic and unreliable
I placed an order for 10 desks and paid with my credit card. Delivery was promised by 13 October 2023. To date I have received nothing. I called in, could not be assisted as they have a problem arranging a courier. I requested to speak to the supervisor who was too busy to take my call. Pathetic. I have a business opening, with no desks, Makro will take 10 days to refund me ??? So in other words Makro had my money for 9 days to date and will take another 10 to refund- are they going to pay me interest, as this seems to be a cash loan. If the supervisor ever calls me back. I will definitely not be ordering from them ever again. Makro shame on you- you are not at all what you claim to be.

17 Oct 2023, 15:17Still hours later Makro seems to be unable to say where my goods are. i held on for half an hour with them, I called them and still I have no answer. Ntabiseng, the supervisor of the front line call centre said she would give me feedback within 30 minutes because she was on the line with Kenny Maloyi who was assisting her in this matter. No surprise 30 minutes and no call back. Their excuse- they sell goods of outside suppliers so they can not get a hold of the supplier. Should I be satisfied? Really Makro 4 days over delivery date- I had to contact you and in 6 hours you have no answer of when I will receive my property or a refund.
