Shambolic Online Fridge Order

Terrible experience with ordering a fridge online. Online tracking says 'order packed'. Customer service says it's on its way. It's been several days, nothing. Courier is Value Express - reviews for them are atrocious. Makro customer service keep 'escalating' but nothing ever comes of it. Do NOT order ANYTHING from Makro. Absolutely shambles. Nobody takes ownership, no visibility and most importantly - they take your money but don't deliver.
