Shady makro supplier
Makro on line is dealing with with shady suppliers who are dragging their name down, people who do not have proper address for collection of paid items, people who are not professional, people who do not know what they're doing. If you buy on line just know its a guy on the corner who probably get their products grom Joburg cbd or china mall with no proper customer service, with no proper address for the courier to be able to connect. Im very disappointed at how both makro and their "supp****" are doing business, used to think makro was the real deal but now they just dealing with ****sters on their behalf, wonder how long that will them in business

20 Nov 2025, 11:33The reason i wrote this review is I ordered sat the 15/11 it was supposed to be delivered the 18/11 it was not delivered. I called makro they said it with the courier and I called the courier the courier could not collect because the address your supplier gave is unlocatable, they gave me contacts of your supplier who i called and your supplier told me a lot of stories that you makro did not pay them when i debunked that, then they said you haven't updated their new address in your system and you are using old address which is a reason i said you are working with shady unprofessional suppliers. I know my money is a drop in a ocean to you guys but its a lot to me and i needed that item but the lack of professionalism i outstanding. And FYI there is no supplier who is going to provide the item BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING can i just be refunded and blocked because I will never ever do business with people who under estimates the client and i will tell everybody who WILL listen i will comment under any post posting about makro.
