SEVERAL REPAIRS DONE AND STILL NOT WORKING AND NOW
GOOD DAY, I PURCHASED A DEFY DOUBLE FRIDGE/FREEZER SIDE BY SIDE.<br> PURCHASED AND STILL UNDER WARRENTY. DEFY HAS BEEN OUT MORE THAN 5 TIMES TO TRY AND REPAIR THE FRIDGE AND EVEN TOOK IT TO DEFY AND RETURNED IT, HOWEVER IT IS STILL NOT WORKING THE FRIDGE DOES NOT GET COLD AND NOW MY ITEMS PURCHASED ARE GOING OFF I.E. MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS: THE FOLLOW UP REFERENCE NUMBER IS 432016.<br> <br> I WOULD NOW APPRECIATE THE FRIDGE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW ONE AND ONE THAT WORKS.<br> <br> YOU MAY CONTACT ME ON [Email Removed] or @ work *** or on my mobile ***.

The technician was allocated to your house five times, but in some inspection there was no fault found.

October 2015 it was assessed at the work shop.
We have logged a service call and the technician will come tomorrow, the decision will be taken after the technician has assess the unit.
