Settlement Paid

I paid a settlement ammount of R18000.00 to these people.All i want is for my account to be closed and a settlement letter.Makro doesn't care they got their money so stuff their clients.I paid this settlement on 24 of January 2015 and i am still waiting for my settlement letter and my account to be closed.I keep on phoning them then they ask me i need to send them a closure letter with i did numerous time's.Last time i phoned they confirmed receiving the Settlement and closure letter and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO LET ME KNOW WETHER THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND I WANT A SETTLEMENT LETTER.Please help me.You have your money i just want to get rid of you just give me feedback ans my settlement letter.
