settled account is handed over again and not being credited

I so disappointed having to deal with makro, my acc was settled in May received a paid up letter from Daly Inco, Makro handed over the amount they had to credit/write off to VVW attorneys, i went to makro to show them my paid up letter which were sent to them , same thing as vvm till today the account is still appearing on my ITC , i cant apply for anything because of that, i have lost airtime because of makro and no one calls me to resolve the issue, i have proof of tons and tons of emails sent to makro, i went to different institution like experian , ombud and still makro cant play its part. Makro is making my life difficult i paid them now they cant do what is right.
