I purchased a pet carrier on special with a black Friday discount, and I received the item with a missing door. The Makro call centre was absolutely *********** and didn't assist me at all in getting this issue resolved. I couldn't find this exact pet carrier anywhere else especially for the price I paid for it. I like the product, but unfortunately as a customer we are unable to hold anyone responsible for an issue as ridiculous as this. I will never recommend purchasing anything on Makro online. They have third party sellers, understandable, but they clearly DONOT know how online shopping works or even has a proper system in place. I have been a customer for many years, but this is definitely my last time.
