Service with a smile
I was very impressed with the service I received today from Kayla. She listened to my complaint abt the faulty door knob set and understood what I said and gave me a refund without any fuss. Thank you Kayla! Please stay as wonderful as you were today. There aren't many customer service staff members like you out there.
