Service sucks

<p>We took back a faulty water cooler, took forever to book it in at repairs, after 4 weeks I received a call from them, telling me that they could not repair the unit and that we can come and collect our refund. Went to pick it up again today, waited forever to be helped AGAIN, eventually somebody helped, took my slip and dissapeared in the back, after a while se came back stating that they have no record of the call for refund, I showed her the sms they sent, and she disapeared again. After another wait, she came back with the unit and said it was repaired, only to get home and test it, and it was still broken. This would be our fourth trip to take it back AGAIN!!!! Will not buy from them again!!!</p>
