I place an order on line on the 20th March 2023. I ordered the external DVD writer and the delivery came on time however, they delivered covers for the DVD writer only and i called the call center and i was advised that i must log an online return query, which i did log on the 2nd April 2023, since today there have not come to pick up their uncomplete product.

How do you send the Courier Guy to come and pick up the parcel, buy you did not provide them with the address that they are supposed to send it, can you please stop this game and contact Courier Guy and provide them with the address.
