Disgusting service from MAKRO ONLINE. DONT BUY FROM THEM. Took two weeks for them to deliver after I paid online. Then products finally delivered and what was packed was not what I ordered. They even labeled the goods with incorrect labels in an attempt to fool me. Reported this two weeks ago, then asked to take pics of what was delivered and send to me them. Did this and since then they cant confirm when courrier will collect the goods at my home. I call every day they say they going to call me back with an answer but they never do. This morning spoke to someone whose speech was so bad I couldnt even understand what he was saying. Why cant they just use another courrier service. I am astounded at the incompetence and the lack of integrity.
