**** service Makro and Playstation

I bought a PS5 at Makro Strubbens Valley. I have been having issues with the controllers. Firstly the one used to control itself then I took it back and the new one had the same issue and the other one stopped charging . Now we could only play while its connected to a charger. I took both in and was told they would be booked in for repairs. I then got a call to collect them which I did on Saturday only to realise now that both controllers dont charge. You can leave it on the chager the whole day, it will only charge one bar. Now I am being told I need to take them back again. Till when will we do this driving ping pong with fuel now going for R20/l?
