Service issues

<p>I purcased a Defy washing machine in December 2016. The washing machine seems problematic as it spins very fast on the rinse and spincycle and moves violently. I reported the matter to Makro Galleria on saturday and was informed that a service call would be made to the supplier. To date I am still awaiting a call from the supplier to come out and have a look at the machine. The machine moves so fast and all over and poses a danger to my small children, leave alone us adults. I fail to understand the delay in making a call to the consumer. The service is quite deplorable. I should have purchased my machine from elsewhere.</p>
