******* service from Makro online - Does Not Work.

I ordered and paid for 2 Laptops - online. The following day, the one order was cancelled - why do they advertise and sell items that are not in stock? The other laptop was delivered, but the specs were not as advertised. I cancelled the order and an online return was generated.

It's been 10 days now, and I called for the 3rd time today, to find out when the laptop would be collected in order for me to have my money returned. After a few hours, I received an email from Makro stating that my return had been rejected du to incorrect images I had sent - I have never sent any images.

My advice is stay away from Makro online - Nothing works, and you will only be disappointed.
