**** Service from Makro Centurion

I purchased a Tumble Dryer on the 30th of November as advertised for Black Friday special. I physically went to Makro Centurion for this, where they promised free delivery as I reside close by. Today is the 20th of December and I still have ***ol. After countless follow up phone calls and WhatsApp to their Customer Service and Delivery departments. I had to again personally go in today , where I spent 3 hours awaiting a resolution.

I must say this experience was pathetic to say the least, **** service to be precise. 3 weeks and still nothing...the inconvenience, time and money spent on follow ups.
