**** service from Makro
**** experience bought a washing machine in Oct 2023 thing broke in September 2024 and you dont get a update on when they will repair the machine, no matter how many time s you try to call them and ask them and try to get it fixed.

It is 9 in the morning no one follows up but got a message yesterday stating this will get sorted out.

Had to call in again today only to hear oh no its takes 3 to 5 working days to get a job number, was never informed about this and then I still have to wait to get a job number and then I still need to wait a week for someone to come and fix this **** that didn't even work a full year.
