Placed an order last Friday and was advised it would take 2-5 working days for me to receive. Called Makros customer care and they cant seem to give me proper detailed updates of where the order is. I get an email now showing the order is packed, not even with the courier, and its coming from JHB. The order is meant to be delivered today but has only been packed today. So im going to recive it likely next t week only. Unacceptable and disgusting service. Agents lack basic common knowledge and sense. Never again
