Service does not exsist

The worsed service ever I ordered a fridge on the 22/11/18 with the promise delivery would take place within 7-10 days! After around 15 phone calls, numerous promisses to come back to me and 20 days later the fridge came!!! This is not a single case. My former partner also waited for 4 weeks for an item promised to be delivered within a week. If one NEEDS a product, makro is NOT the place to be. Also was the item advertised as a special, actually at three other shops advertised for the same price. Makro, your SERVICE is virtually NON EXSITENT!!!!
