Service? Do you know the meaning

Why does everything with Makro have to be a headache? It is over 7 working days and i have still not received my refund. I am out of pocket. Spent endless hours chasing store people and calling an ineffective customer service department. Honestly i am at a loose for word. In a day when we have Takelot, and Amazon to come, Makro can be sure that they won't be seeing my money again.
