SERVICE DELIVERY

I ordered my phone during the middle of February, it has now been a full month and my phone is still not delivered. First they sent me a message saying courier couldn’t reach me yet I had my phone with me the whole entire day. Sent them an email and they said it was a mistake they will deliver the phone on Monday. On Monday the courier guy sent me a message saying that they took the wrong phone (iphone 13 in white) whereas I had ordered iPhone 13 ProMax. They said they are going back to the warehouse to fetch the right phone. Hours later, just several minutes before the delivery could be made, I receive an email from Makro saying that unfortunately they will have to deliver the phone during the week blah blah the warehouse got the order wrong. Today it’s Friday, still no communication from them just silence. I have been stuck at home for the entire week waiting for a delivery because according to their policy I have to be the one who receives the phone in hand. It is very frustrating and disappointing. Once they deliver this phone, I don’t see myself working with them anymore, never have I ever been let down by a business like this. Very disappointing.
