Ordered a product on the 27th of September have not received any feedback not even a email. I have to call them al the time. Will never order anything from makro online

12 Nov 2023, 17:34It has been 11 days since my review and nothing have been done. Every time i call to sort out this problem the call center tells me that they wil escelate it to finance but nothing hapens. I hope i will get my refund soon.
