Service Bad, noise, long uncontrolled queues

Staff is very noisy, stands in groups chatting and does not assist clients in finding any products. The noise they make is actually disgusting. However, it is not the first time that I have posted a complaint but nothing has been done since my last posting. I know Makro was tops for service but these days, it is an effort for me to go to Makro.
