********** service and outright lying.

Extremely disappointed. Order over R10k online for delivery, just to be one day later 3 times. Asked to collect it-was put through a series of emails to apparently recieve a QR code, soon after was told courier collected. New delivery date set for 29th of March. Waited the whole day at home as they oromised 4 times they are comming, just to receive an sms to say "we couldnt deliver as no one was home". Which is an OUTRIGHT lie. I think people just dont want to work on Saturdays anymore and then they LIE. Me and my wife has now waisted our entire Saturday and missed out on a 5 star trip that friends invited us to. We were set to go to an exclusive wine farm and now its too late. And all this for believing the lies. As is evident by the majority of 1 star reviews, we will not spend a cent at Makro or any of its affiliates anymore. Ever.
