service and delivery that's a joke

I have ordered a product online and it has been 7 days and still waiting for delivery had the driver call me to ask my address as he thought it was in an other city and they didn't even have the right order, and I'm still waiting for my delivery from the germiston makro had them call me saying they have lost my address and this order is also over a week now so it shows that u can't get deliveries right online or in store
