You guys have the worst service ever imaginable. Iv settled my account with you and you still have not updated my records . Furthermore I requested for my items to be fixed since June you came to pick it up and till today I haven’t received any response. I again needed assistance with a microwave bought the same day as the tag box and you are telling me I should return it myself to the shop cause it’s over 6 months yet you managed to come fetch the tv box and this microwave is over R4000 and used for less than a year
