**** SERVICE
their service is **** on my order it say the parcel has been completed yet I have not received the PIN I called the courier who told me I need an reference number that starts with "x" which I obviously don't have. The call centre agent told me the information that indicates my order is collected is not accurate, now what must I now do when my the store I bought and paid for the xbox for with my money tells me that their online information is not accurate. Your service is ****.

Please be informed that yesterday (19/12/19) i received a call from DSV and i was promised the xbox will be delivered today (20/12/19) But sadly until now at 15:00 i have not received any feedback or have not been contacted for the delivery. I clearly explained to the person that called that my son is leaving gauteng tomorrow and he undertook the delivery will happen today but AGAIN, nothing has happened.
Please advise on the way forward as it is really tiring to keep following up on the same thing and my expense.
