Service

I have been ordering goods at Makro and recently the Service has not been of good. An important item will be canceled when you need it most so why do they offer online Service if they failed to deliver important things like Coffee, formula or diapers for my baby. Recently they called me 16:57 to enquire on my where about to deliver most People leave work at that time. They informed me straight it is late and they cannot deliver the items now. Why they called to ask, I still dont know. I am so dissippointed in the Service I have recieved so far. I am still waiting three days later for my order after I recieved an SMS on Monday.
