Good day all, I would like to lodge a complaint against Makro liquor. They were running a birthday promo where you buy two gin original bottles and get a free flavoured bottle. I made the purchase and when I check out it says out of stock. Went to my nearest Makro and got the same story so this was a **** because there’s no store that has the promo bottle. I called them this morning and they told me the store will pack what I have ordered, consultant Lindokuhle acted like they do not know which promo I’m referring to. Can my query be attended to asap
