SERVICE

I bought chairs on the 12 July, they were delivered only on the 26/07. Upon opening, we discovered that it was the Wrong chairs. i logged a Replacement on the 27/07 and today is there 04/08 and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. The chairs are still sitting in boxes at my house.

YOUR SERVICE LEVELS TOGETHER WITH THOSE OF YOUR 3RD PARTIES IS APPALLING!!!
