Good day, I placed 2 orders today and paid those orders in full and received confirmation that my orders are being processed. Now i received a mail stating my order has been cancelled and a refund will be made. I was refered to your terms and conditions about obvious errors and delivery confirmation. I feel this is unaceptable the way Makro online store does business. I can refer you back to your terms and conditions stating that once email confirmation is sent the offer will be upheld. Can you please have somebody look into the complaint as i have sent a mail to online support but read poor reviews on them replying.
