Makro Online is an absolute ********! Placed an order on 11/12/2024, confirmed for delivery for 14/12/2024. Today is 21/12/2024 and still haven't received my order. Received notification that it was handed to the courier on 20/12/2024. Escalated the matter twice with no response from customer care or management. Just made a third call to them, which was dropped after 15mins on hold. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN! DONT DO IT!
