Seriously wrong order delivered frim Makro online
Hi - I ordered a convection AND microwave from Makro online. A small pathetic convection ONLY microwave was delivered. How can such a huge mistake be made.

"We have reviewed your refund request, and a response will be provided to you as soon as we get feedback from the relevant department."
No time frame was provided for feedback concerning when my refund will happen- in the meantime I cannot replace the microwave because of gross incompetence by Makro online.

14 Nov 2024, 13:26No reponse has been provided by Makro concerning the absurd possible 14 day delay in getting my refund. It was Makrk's incompetence that resulted in the incorrect microwave being delivered. Now I have been without a microwave and Makro does NOT care.
