so went to Makro Today, normal excellent service today, WOW I wonder how they remain open with that staff.
Now the first bump :
Buying paint from a guy that can hardly speak, you can not ask him questions , wel you can but there is no point because you can not make a out a word that he says ( Now I understand that people have this type of problem and we all need jobs, but I you can not speak clearly why be in sales.
The second part I can not decide if this woman wanted to ***** or should go back to school.
So as part payment I gave her R 1,270 cash. First she only deducted R 125,70 and told me my cash payment was passed, she eventually realized what she had done. I had to tell her numerous times "no" as she KEPT on entering R 1,257 - I mean how do you get that from R 1,270, FYI it was all notes. It took ALL my will not to tell her to just get somebody that knows what they are doing. Seriously Makro, today I was deeply disappointed.
Sales people needs to be under stood and the people that takes payment needs to know what the heck they are doing, and know how to count.
Spent way to long at till for only 7 Items.
