SENT ME SPOILET STUFF NO RESPONCE

i ordered peanutbutter from them 6 weeks ago . the peanut butter had wierd white bubbles in it looked contaminated . i requested assistance . i called maker 5 times and sent them a email every other day . nobody got back to me . a week ago someone came to collect the peanutbutter ( nobody informed me of this ) now the peanutbutter is gone . i have still not heard anything from makro . not a email . not a call . no sms . nothing . i still send emails hoping for a answer or ANY ASSISTANCE
