Sells damaged items, package has no damage but the item inside are damaged
Worst service ever! I'm struggling since 15th of October to return a damaged item that was delivered to me on the 15th of October by makro silver lakes i have send 6 emails been called once and called myself on the 6th of November were on the line for more then 15 minutes and still no feedback from Makro

Its now 35 days since I send the first email to Makro , i send to Makrocare forwarded to the person who called me nothing is happening. Its now 6 days since they rep**** on my first review. Vvvery BAD service from them

28 Nov 2024, 18:14Its now 48 days you are trying to resolved the problem, Makro can refund me on the order and come and get the items. When i have my money back, you can take your time to collect your items.

13 Dec 2024, 17:0611 Days after Makro have "actively followed up" on the matter, nothing has happened 🤣😂🤣😂. If they go on like this they can close Silverlake. As it seems that there are no management that can do the job.
